Settlement normally takes places 60, 90 or 120 days after the signing of the Contract Note for which the purchasers shall take possession of the property. We attend settlement on your behalf with the Vendors or Purchasers Representative and Mortgagee/s.
Once all relevant documentation has been completed, it is then considered that settlement has taken place and we shall contact you and all parties concerned to advise that the property has settled. The keys shall then be made available to the purchaser.
